Leadership

Hickory Road is and elder-led congregation, conforming to the Biblical office established in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.

An elder is one of a plurality of biblically qualified men who jointly shepherd and oversee a local body of believers.

An elder is to teach and preach, to exhort and refute, to govern the church,

and is spiritually accountable for shepherding the local church under his care.
